In 1630 a bold group of believers set off from their homeland in search of a new life and the liberty to lead it as they saw fit.  Arriving at the shores of what would become America the group's leader proclaimed that their new settlement should be “as a city upon a hill.”  The flagship of that journey was the Arbella, and today we share its charter as we seek to deliver and operate exemplary retail developments for both our tenant partners and for the communities in which we invest.
